Guy joined Teacher Stern in August 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department. He advises on a full range of corporate matters such as company sales and acquisitions, reorganisations and demergers, and share option schemes.
Guy also advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, such as e-commerce, software development, intellectual property licensing, distribution and agency agreements, as well as other complex contracts relating to the supply of goods and services generally.
Guy also specialises in data protection matters and provides data protection mapping, audits and data protection law compliance reviews, including training to clients.
